Caleb Silveira is a master’s student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trinity Western University. He has a previous degree of Master of Arts in Theology and Culture, with a concentration in Classics. He is passionate about the transformative and powerful healing capabilities of therapy, especially considering hard times and life’s ongoing complexities. Caleb believes safe and authentic, connection-focused, exploration of hardships can lead to beatific and transformative change. He believes it is a privilege to sit with and hear people’s stories and life experiences while working to achieve meaningful self-exploration and change. Caleb is currently training and learning an emotions-based and systemic model of therapy which considers a holistic approach—acknowledging the multi-faceted nature of what it means to be human. He is interested in working with anyone who is struggling emotionally, having relationship difficulties, feels stuck, and or feels that life is more broadly working against them.
