Who We Are
The Family Clinic, located on the campus of Trinity Western University, is an affordable counselling service overseen by Dr. Estera Boldut and her team of clinical supervisors. The Masters level students who work at the clinic have over 100 hours of counselling experience and are working toward the completion of their training and certifcation as Registered Clinical Counsellors. Families who come for counselling at the clinic find that they are supported by a team of professionals who offer compassion, care, and competence in addressing their concerns.
Under the supervision of clinical supervisors and professors, the TWU master's students offer support to families from all walks of life. From a lens of cultural humility, and sensitive to the impacts of trauma, counsellors at the Family Clinic meet every family where they are on their journey and collaboratively work together to achieve their goals.
